FRP Tanks Fit for Every Space

Liquid storage tailored to your applications

Structured for the most important success — yours

Allen Industries FRP tanks come only in build-to-suit shapes, sizes, and configurations. From water storage tanks to chemical and surge tanks, we provide fluid storage services you can count on. Your operating environment, your footprint, your volume, and flow requirements… they’re all unique to you. So your team deserves much more than an off-the-shelf tank delivered through an off-the-cuff sale.

Collaborating closely with you, we use your specs as the foundation for tailoring the FRP tank platform that best fits what you’re storing and where you’re storing it. Your most demanding requirements represent our most inspiring design and manufacturing opportunities.

The right tank starts with the right questions

At Allen Industries, we take pride in the fact that we don’t often have to issue change orders. That’s because when we respond to an RFQ or RFP, we’ll ensure that our entire approach is razor-sharp — for your benefit and ours.

Regardless of the size and scope of a given project, like chemical storage or water storage. Our objective is always the same: a tightly controlled manufacturing process that’s acutely aligned with your project timelines, budgets, and expectations. So we’ll ask the questions designed to ensure that no surprises can arise that risk derailing production before it can even begin. Our initial questions typically cover:

✕ Specific Tank Use

✕ Stored Product

✕ Operating Temperatures

✕ Indoor or Outdoor Placement

✕ Above- or Below- Ground Placement

✕ Size Restrictions

✕ Compliance Requirements

✕ Volume Targets

✕ Installation Location + Timing

✕ Identify Critical Requirements

Pricing transparency can deliver a clear advantage

We like that old adage, “If you want to be trusted, be honest.” It perfectly ties to how Allen Industries operates our business and how we treat our clients — yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

That’s a big reason why we believe in pricing transparency; after all, we have yet to meet a client that’s interested in wasting their time, energy or resources. Here are a few general guidelines to use when you begin ballparking project budget ranges for base FRP tank models. (Once we have an opportunity to review or discuss your specs, we can provide a detailed RFQ or RFP response.)

manufacturing
costs

  • The larger the tank, the lower cost/gallon.

  • The shape matters. Vertical/cylindrical tanks have the lowest cost/gallon of any design

  • Our standard pricing is based on .125 vinyl ester liner with isophthalic side wall, 1.2 specific gravity, standard nozzles and other typical equipment and fittings.

Priming distributors to thrive

We don’t sell a catalog product, and yet our distributors don’t hesitate to come back to Allen Industries time and again for surge tanks, and more.

We set them up for successful ongoing client relationships by providing virtual and onsite FRP tank education, valuable project consultations, and timely sales strategies and marketing materials. They find that the investment they make in understanding the niche that FPR tanks fill so well pays dividends in attracting and retaining happier, higher-value clients.

If your organization’s seeking to better understand how FRP tanks can play an important role in filling customer needs, just reach out to us for an introduction. (After all, “if there’s piping, there’s a tank.” And just maybe, a client that could benefit in a new way from having your team provide a new solution.) Reach out today if you are looking for surge, chemical, or water tanks for sale or manufacturing.
